SONOMA, CALIFORNIA -- My boyfriend paid 400$ for a cellphone what barely works where ever he goes he looses connection its supposed to have good connection and he paid 400$ for a phone that doesn't work THATS A RIPOFF FIX IT WE COMPLAINED 2 TIMES AND NOTHING. FIX IT

Same here in Dallas, TX. No network connection. Disconnected from a conversation last week which totally turned my phone "Off".
