Bosch dishwasher a huge disapointment

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- Bosch advertises in a national magagine , "built for a lifetime". After 6 years our dishwasher drain pump stopped working. Our old one was over 20 years old. Today manufacturers are making substandard products. Talking to a Bosch representative and also a supervisor was like speaking to a recording. This was our first and last Bosch purchase.
