United Airlines - Horrible Customer Service

EUGENE, OREGON -- With still a half hour before take off, Junane the check in person cut us off. Why were we running late? Because Junane was hovering over the self check in kiosk yelling at people who tried to check themselves in. This caused a good up for everyone. She would not talk to people without raising get voice, made zero effort to help us when we still had plenty of time, made no effort to help at all.
When I asked her co-worker for their names and supervisor name she said she is not available and walked away.

When I asked Junane to write down her name and her supervisors name and contact info, she referred me to the 1-800's, and refused to write it down, telling me she would not give me her boss's home number. It's not what I asked for and she was just continuing to be rude and run her power trip. I have never had such a horrible experience in customer service. Rude, no customer service, no help, no effort. I will never use this company again. A group of missed our flight unnecessarily.
