Honey Maid Honey Grahams - Complaint

NORTHFIELD, ILLINOIS -- After purchasing 54 boxes of honey maid honey grahams for vacation bible school, to make s'mores, we found they all crumbled. When the mashmallow was put into the grahams for the children and they mashed it together, the grahams crumbled, burning 7 of the children. We then desided to keep more children from injury, we would make peanut butter grahams. The grahams crumbled so badly, they fell apart. So maybe you should rename them good-for-nothing grahams.

This makes you wonder if the reformulation a few years ago is responsible for not only the change in taste we have heard about, but the crispiness as well. I must say, they don't sound anywhere as near as appetizing as they were in my formative years. To the contrary, they sound disgusting based on the complaints I have read.
