AT&T - Service Rep
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I called for help with my phone bill today, and Mr. Thomas answered my call. He was very rude, and when I asked to speak to a Supervisor, he said I would get the same answer. I asked to speak to the Supervisor again; he said OK, but he transferred me to a voicemail that said good-by. I talked nice to him, but he continued talking about what I would need to do to get help with my problem. He told me to go to an AT&T store and show a picture ID.
I called back hoping he would pick up my call, but it was answered by a very pleasant lady. She assisted me, and told me about other services that were open to me. I called the number she gave me, and a very pleasant man answered. He corrected my problem.
Mr. Thomas needs some more training.
