Papa Johns Pizza - Order Not Correct - Again
Online Order Incorrect - Complaint

WEST LAFAYETTE, INDIANA -- Ordered online from Papa Johns, online order number: 180006443. I always order extra cheese sauce with breadsticks. The last 2 times I have ordered the order was wrong or just plain missing items. This time when I ordered the extra cheese sauce was not included, but I paid for it.
The delivery driver handed me the order and ask me to check it when I told him the cheese sauce was missing he siad he would bring a $10 gift certificate, however once I got inside and I relized that none of the other sauce that was in the order was cheese sauce I called the store only to be put on hold before I could even get a word out after someone answered the phone.
I called your help desk and spoke to a gentleman there who said he called the store and spoke to the manager and that the sauce would be delivered to me, it is now 5 hours later and there is no sauce. Would not be a big deal but I did pay for it and no one in my house hold will eat the breadsticks without the cheese sauce so I ended up having to throw them away.
Since this is the second or third time my order has been messed up I will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns - there are other pizza places that will get the order correct!!!
