HUNTINGTON, NEW YORK -- When I purchased new car, financial representative said I "Had to buy $1,595.00 warranty because it was fully refundble upon 100,000 miles if unused. When the mileage was reached, I brought paperwork to them and they said check would be in mail. Seven weeks later, when I inquired as to is whereabouts, they wouldn't return call and were very unprofessional and said Stevens Toyota was bought out by Huntington Toyota and is not honoring past policies (which were nver honored I'm sure). I was told I would receive my money back and I still need it back. I filed compaints with the BBB and Consumer affairs to no avail. This is a planned scam. Someone has pocketed thousands of dollars of others people's hard-earned money and must be brought to justice. Do not give Huntington Toyota your business.

If you have something in writing that says you will get your money back, contact the Attorney General's Office in NY and ask for their Consumer Protection desk. You may find them very willing to take up your cause.
