Verizon 411 Service - Wrong # 411

NATIONWIDE, FLORIDA -- Sunday October 14, 2012 a day NO different from any other 411 day...today while in my car I needed 2 phone #'s...I knew the address of both businesses and provided them...Verizon 411 had NO idea or phone # of either business. They were both open when I visited both places and were speechless as to why 411 couldn't find their #. Later in the evening I tried 411 again. I needed to say hello to someone in the hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
After getting a fax line on the first attempt I explained on my second call what had happened earlier only to get a hassle from the operator along with instructions how to request phone #'s. How incompetent are people and a service who have 1 function and fail at it over and over and over ?

You could've simply looked the numbers up on the Internet over your phone.
