CAPITAL ONE-WORST

Seriously, this credit card services are worst! they don't give any consideration!
Trying to call my fraud specialist for 5 weeks. I left so many voicemails. Left my info Cellphone and Homephone and I told them that call me back ASAP. they never DID!.

Now, trying to pay what my balance. they don't give credit for the Late fees!.
How stupid! I told to them that I need to see the activity 1st before I pay it.
They don't give any consideration for it! I was the one trying to reach my fraud Specialist her name is "Latasha" I was a good customer paying way more than my minimum fees.

BIG MISTAKE TO CHOOSE CAPITAL ONE!!!
You lose a GOOD CUSTOMER!

DONT EVER GET CAPITAL ONE!!!

i am on paperless billing for my credit cards. i can view all transaction on the cards via the online account manager.

Is your account in some kind of state where you can't access it online and they are also not sending you statements? This is the only reason I can imagine you aren't seeing the activity for which payment is due, and may be incurring late fees you feel should not apply.

Capitol One allows you view your transactions on their website at anytime. Doesn't matter what card you have. Why should they waive the late fee's? Do you not get a paper statement? If you don't, you can view your transactions at anytime on the capitol one website. It's not their fault you are late.
