Dell Computers - Bad Experience With Dell

ILLINOIS -- I used to be a Dell supporter but not any more.I used to love the customer care and support but they are not the same any more. I bought my third Inspiron laptop and had troubles connecting my old Dell printer. Customer support was terrible; I still can not connect the printer. Dell computer can not connect to Dell printer and customer care wants to charge me for assistance. I guess HP printer is in my future.

They do not even care about their customers any more.

Depending on the age of the printer, it may not be compatible with your new computer. It happens, but there's not much to be done for it.
