Amica Mutual Ins. Co. - Substandard, Rude, Poor Service

PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND -- Reported an auto accident to Amica. Received a letter from a rude, incompetent claims service rep. She was rude and refused to help me with a car lease as offered in her letter., After complaining to Amica, she was replaced even though she refused to have someone else handle my case. The new person also sent me a letter saying, " if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me."

After calling her, I got a voicemail message saying she'd be out for a week. So why did these to idiots send me letters offering to help me. After, " 38 " years with milti policies, I am finished with the idiots at Amica.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Amica. I am also a policy holder and have received great customer service from them. Possibly the rep you spoke with was new and did not give you the level of service that you deserved. Try contacting them again for a better result.
