LOMBARD, ILLINOIS -- Wow, they're so unprofessional, they keep transferring you between sales and customer care. They have no idea what they're doing, so messed up and unorganized. Their stupid website doesn't even work...you can't enter your phone number fully to check if you can transfer it to Lingo.
