MARATHON, FL/ DENVER, CO., FLORIDA -- This is a follow up to a complaint I posted on Home Depot. I finally got a new machine delivered after a week of putting constant pressure on Home Depot and threats of legal action. It took a while to get someone from the upper levels of Home Depot to understand the unnecessary problems a customer was having and doing the right thing which is all I requested in the first place. They delivered a new replacement washer last Thursday and it works fine. I'm satisfied and my daughter is satisfied so thank you to the person at Home Depot who stepped up and took care of us. It brings to mind the saying................The wheel that squeaks the loudest gets the oil.

sounds like home depot did the right thing!! i have always found home depot to be wonderful.
