Burger King - Rude Drive Thru Employees

Complete Drive Thru Order - Complaint

WILLOWS, CALIFORNIA -- I went to the Burger King drive thru to get my family lunch on our way home from church. When I got to drive thru, I got an immediate "can I take your order", with my response being "I'd like to look at the menu, as I hadn't even been able to put my car in park." The Asian drive thru girl said "ok". 3 seconds later, I got "can I take your order?" I began to try to place my order, was cut of after every 4 words, HD to repeat the second item 3 separate times, as she was too busy cuttng me off to listen. When she FINALLY got that portion, asked me if that completed my order. I said "No, I have two more people to order for.", and proceeded to say the rest of my order.

When I got to the drive thru window, the fat black-haired girl with black glasses came to the window and told me I needed to change my attitude at drive thru, as they have a certain amount of time to answer drive thru & can refuse service to anyone. I told her to remove my order, return my money, and I will NEVER go to that Burger King again. They are disrespectful & if you want ANY time to view the order or place your order, the Willows Burger King is NOT the place to go.
