Sorry about that...they got me, too. I put my complaint on another web site. Now they call me almost every night saying they will give my money back only if I retract what I said.

It is Feb24/06, I found out about this website through my sister. My story is very long, I will try and keep it as short as possible, as my credit card company is charging ME, not GLOBAL NET WAREHOUSE, after a half year of dispute. I was Told that He (the merchant), would drive down here and do what ever it takes to get my credit card number after trying to call me and bribe me day after day.I called police, they said thay can't do anything until the person arrives. I got scared, I live alone, I did not know who to look for, as I obviously don't know what he looks like. I was terrified, so he told me to make it easy and just sign 2 order forms (NOt Reciept) and my number. I just did it and immeadly called my credit card co. and the end result is that He alleged that he sent me a package, and that he build a website for me and that I signd reciept of that and more. I am sick to my stomach, and told my credit card co ablut this and they refused to look up this site. At least it substantiates that this company is a big fraud and getting bigger. I am on disabiliy, and am scraping , not even that and my have to sell my car, I can not affor a bad credit. I have had good credit all these years and never made such a purchase for much over a thousan for a refridgerator. The credit company refused to look at this web site they have nothing other than forged documents, I was never contacted again by Global Net Ware House, and he rebuttled showing a bumch of Web sites and other stuff I know nothing about. The credit card co did not even bother checking to see if there was proof of shipment to me, or communications. I do not have an mo of ordereing such high costing items.My case started on August 24th,06. I am thankful for this web site, as it is the link or the smoking gum which I can show in court. Typically i dont get involved in things like this but i decided to give it a shot and see what happened. I was told that i could get the website for 400+ dollars and that i could get the advertising campaigne which would include 200000+ hits to my website and that my sales would show it. It has been 3 months now and i just finally got a call back from david green after calling everday for the last couple of weeks let alone months. I was told that he would be in his office today so i called and talked to the guy who always answers the phone. i abuptly told him that i wanted to speak to mr green, as he went to blow me off again i told him that i was told he would be in his office today, he said let me take your number and your name and he will call you back, i told him no i would wait online untill he answered, the guy said you cannot tie up the main line, my response was well i guess i will prevent you from ripping anyone else off. I then asked for the office address to the building, he wouldnt give it up, he told me that it was on the contracts i told him that the address on the paper was a po box and i wanted the address to the building, he said no, i then told him that i was contacting the attourney general of arizona and i wanted his address, he gave it up and about 5 minutes later as i was typing my complint i get a call from mr green saying what is your problem what questions do you want me to answer. i asked where is my advertising campaigne. He said it was still being worked on, this coming from the company that does so many advertising campaigns for the same 20000 products that they cannot keep up. I responded that he told me it would be a couple of days or weeks not months. he began to get annoyed and told me to shut up and listen or he was haning up on me. I listened for a min and then went off. I then contacted the attourney generals office and i have not attempted to contact them again. 6 months for products or services is rediculous. i have all the contracts here and it saying nothing about 6 months. I am still being charged for the website and the best part of all is that when my roomate attempted to order stuff off it he along with others got emails stating that all the products they were attempting to order were out of stock so they appologized but they wouldnt be charged, Now that brings me to the second part of the contract which is the warehouse drop ship which i paid so much to be part of that cannot even fulfil orders. this company should be shut down.. they are advertising

for everyone who is wondering go to the ftc and to the attorney general for arizona and put in your complaints. i have filed one with the ftc, one with the attorney gen, one with the bbb, and soon one to the phone company seeing as how my number was on the national do not call list when they contacted me.
