Don't Buy From Ashley Furniture and Regret

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS -- Delivered the same defective/damaged love seat three times. Every time they said they would send a new one, but they didn't. Calling them does not help. They say, they'll call, but they don't. Involved the store manager and another corporate rep, but the results are same. I made a mistake by not reviewing the reviews and now paying the price.

Ashley specialties: Poor delivery, damaged goods, low quality products & negligible customer service. Business model: high volume first time sales with little repeat business.
