Kmart - They simply refuse to cancel my order!
Buying a bed. - Complaint
ONLINE PURCHASE, NEW YORK -- On the 27th of November I bought a bed online from KMart. A few hours later I decided to cancel, I was told at that point it was not possible to do that I should call back in 24hr. I placed a call the very next morning with the cancellation request. I was told by that Rep. A cancellation was already put in however she promised to process another. For some strange reason my account was still charged and the product shipped. I spoke to a supervisor and was told that their vendor refused to cancel the order. Even now I have not seen a dime of my money back from them. And I am dealing with a whole lot of rudeness and push around and of course all my checks for that period bounced since KMart decided they had a right to my money. So now off to Consumer Affairs I go. Today's date 12/07/2012
