Good Feet Store - Beware of no return policy

Shoes - Complaint

SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- I bought a pair of shoes at Good Feet in Sacramento, Calif. After getting home I decided to look them up on the Internet. I was shocked to find out that Good Feet charged 2x as much for the same shoe. I called and they stated that even though I had not taken them out of the box, they would not give me a refund. I feel like I got totally ripped off. After reading info on their insoles, I am glad that I did not get taken for those too. I am surprised that they are still in business, and feel like picketing the store.

You can't try on a pair of shoes over the internet. I can appreciate paying more to get the product local and to be specifically directed to the right shoe. Hopefully the shoes are comfortable and fit properly. I can appreciate why the company wouldn't want to take them back as they have no way of knowing if they have been worn or not. I'd kind of feel uncomfortable with a company if I knew the shoes could have possibly been worn outside and then returned.

I never buy anything from a company that thinks it has to use infomercials to sell their product.

Thanks for the info. It justifies a bias I already had.
