BIDDEFORD, MAINE -- They gladly sold us 2 Galaxys with all the extra accessories for a lot of cash. Next day we were treated as strangers. Their help line said it "did not recognize our phone#s that they registered",then they hung up. Called the store but "tommy" would not speak with us or call back. They work on commission, and then you are strangers after the sale. CAUTION, steer clear of Radio Shack.

Second trip to Radio Shack in the past 2 years for fairly simple items and nobody knew where the stuff was or even if they carried it. Totally run on the Burger King model. Complete dopes. Not your old Radio Shack. Not by a long shot.
