PLAINSVILLE, NEW YORK -- I ordered from Purity and discovered I could buy a similar product at my local BiMart for a fraction of the cost. I tried to call and cancel future shipments but was left on hold for over an hour. I called the sales line, talked to a representative and was promised that any future shipments would be cancelled. Well it did not happen and I was charged over a week ago for a shipment that has yet to arrive.

I called my bank, placed a complaint, called Purity back, got an answering machine and still I have not received a call back. I called the sales line again tonight, requested to speak to a supervisor, told him my complaint and have been promised that the customer support supervisor will call me tomorrow. I really have doubts that the supervisor will call me and I am prepared to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully my bank will refund the money into my account once they realize that customer support does not respond to cancellation requests!

If you have not ordered any product from this company and are trying to find out if they are honest or not, please be warned that they are not honest.
