Travelocity Are Thieves and Crooks

They double booked us on the same flight. When I called, they said it was their error and that they would reverse charge. After a week and no charges being reversed I called and was told "we can't do anything call the airline" I had already spoken to the airline who assured me it was a Travelocity error. Travelocity then said they would credit our flights (344/per person x 2 = $688) but that they charged a fee and that we would each receive a credit for $54!!!!!!!!!
What a joke. Highway thievery right there at its finest.

I followed the complaint to the end, and then it terminated abruptly.

If you were due a refund of $344, and only received $54, I assume you asked for an explanation. What was it?

Dispute the duplicate charges with your credit card company.

I don't know why one wouldn't dispute said charges. It seems like a simple problem to solve.
