Fingerhut Has Gone to the Lowest Form of Treating Its Customers

Like so many other complaintants I have been treated unfairly by their unlawful tactics. They have weird things for you to choose from for free as a gift from them. If you accept the gift you automatically get sent expensive cheesy items after that gift arrives. Then you are charged every month because more items continue to follow. My husband pays our bills & faithfully pays the Finger Hut bill too.
The other day I looked at the bill & it was outrageously high with the cheesy stuff I never ordered. He didn't know so he just kept paying the bill. What a deceitful way to conduct business. I have bought there for years prior and noticed recently customers complaining about these practices. And then it's been happening to me too & I'm not doing the bills my husband is & it's been doubling my account balances.
When you alert the payment center they say that you ordered the promotions. They refuse to listen to you & keep billing you. I would never order the deals they push believe me, they are of such poor quality. The jewelry I got sent to me was junk. They charged me for unwanted junk & insurance I can't use.
How do you get them to listen & deduct the junk& all the fees. I will have to have our attorney handle this at their expense.
