Bank of America Still Abusing Borrowers
Mortgage and Foreclosure - Complaint

KANSAS -- With all of the settlements brought against them by the government in recent years Bank of America continues to abuse their customers. My wife and I have owned our home for 2 1/2 years. It's not the American Dream but has become an American nightmare and an American disgrace! We have been the victims of BOA's misconduct concerning the mortgage modification/foreclosure process.
To be considered for mortgage modification you must be three months behind in your mortgage payments but they don't tell you that this automatically places you into foreclosure. This is where the process becomes very difficult for you because BOA shuffles your paperwork, loses paperwork, assigns numerous customer service managers, and makes one request after another for the same paperwork already sent.
BOA sent people to our house on seven different times to take pictures of our home and peek in our windows. The only way we were able to keep our home was to file bankruptcy. We continue to try to get a modification but no luck so far. My opinion of Bank of America is not a mortgage lender but a mortgage predator we wish you all luck in dealing with them.

yes B of A sucks.they do lose your paperwork,also they say you did not sign you papers,and they say dont pay your mortgage so the bank can see you cant afford it and you can get a loan modification well that BS.they lie about everything and still people money they work for and they dont care.We need to get rid of B of A anyway do we need them.They are full of Crap.We got a mortgage since 2000 and it been a nightmare and still is.One thing that pisses me off when they say they dont receive your information.BS
