NORTH PLATTE, NEBRASKA -- I purchased this TV 13 months ago. It worked 10 minutes, and then shut down, with a blinking list. Sent it in for repair, it came back, worked 10 minutes then shut down.....this has gone on now with the same instructions from them to send it back in...I have been told they were expediting our complaint...which means you are on the blow them off list, don't call them back.
I wrote to the head of customer service, who told me they would schedule another repair. AAAAAAHGGG . Unless you enjoy products that are junk, and customer service idiots, steer clear of this company at all costs.

A couple of glaring issues on this complaint.
Panasonic and Vizio are two separate companies. Panasonic is an OEM of many televisions whereas Vizio is a lower tier assembler but with a very large advertising budget. I'd like to know exactly what the product is.
Secondly, and with absolute respect, if the TV was defective within all of 10 minutes, why didn't you return it to the retailer?

He probably meant "Viera", which is a Panasonic model line for its TV's.
