ADELL, WISCONSIN -- Just saw my bill this month with a $5.99 charge for Monthly Protection Plan that had been added to my account in November. Never ordered it. When I called, the only way I got them to credit the money back was when I threatened to file a complaint with Wisconsin Consumer Protection. Customer service representative was rude and would not transfer me to Customer Retention Department, ended up with a Billing Supervisor. Kept putting me on hold, expecting that I would get tired of waiting and hang up. WATCH YOUR BILLING---------they add stuff you never ordered or agreed to add.
Long time customer, and, this is the way they treat you..........
