Bank of America - Run away from this Lender

FLORIDA -- I have a client that applied for a loan with Bank of America back in April 2012,it is a short sale that the loan happens to belong to the same lender, the short sale was finally approved back in October,2012 and 7 short sale extensions later we still don't have an approval on the loan and the last SS extension expires in 2 days(it is 1/29/2013 today),the Lender went through this application with a fine comb and can not find anything to disapprove this loan, they are just trying to run out the clock, what can my client do? a true nightmare.
This is Bank abuse at it's best, if you are thinking about getting a loan with them, RUN !

Are you this person's lawyer or realtor? If you're their laywer, surely there's something you can do through the courts. If you'r etheir realtor, I would recommend that your client find a lawyer to help fight this.
