Pizza Delivery - Complaint

LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- Hi I am writing this complaint on the Pizza Hut on Taylorsville Road regaring last nite order. I call a order in at 5;30pm for delivery for a med. pizza with 3 toppings and bread sticks. The order came to almost 15.00 dollars plus we had a tip ready for the driver.
Well I call back at 6;10 and the girl who answered the phone said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I did ask when my delivery was coming. No pizza, call back at 7:00 and asked to speak to the manager, he came to the phone just saying Mike which I did not heard the first time and ask again. I gave him my phone number and ask what happen to my delivery. He looked it up and said it was a pick up.
We are in our 70"s and have delivery from you all the time. He said he was sorry and would make it then but it was to late for us to be eating pizza. He did not answer the phone saying Hello this is Mike your Pizza Hut Manger, I work in food service and that is not acceptable. I have worked in Pizza also for 14 years so I do have customer service. He did say he was sorry.
He made me think twice in ordering a pizza from that store. I know it was super bowl day and that is why we called in early. I am so glad that I have got this off my mind and hoping you will answer me.

5:30 was not early for a game starting at 6. Wife and I went out @ 4 and the take out was busier than the eat in.
