EBay - EBucks Was Cancelled Before the Expiration Date
eBucks Earned Rebate - Complaint

I earned eBucks through a 3-month period and eBay gives ONLY a limited window of opportunity within which to buy another item and to apply your eBucks to.
My eBucks was to expire at 11:59 PM on Feb 4 so I purchased an item but discovered my eBucks was cancelled early due to a glitch in the eBay system as I was told. I am told a rebate has been re-issued, again, HOWEVER, it cannot be used until April 1st which is the next quarterly pay out.
That really annoyed me because I don't always have something that I want to buy on Ebay and I only shopped recently so I would not lose my earned eBucks.
My question is why eBay doesn't just issue a credit to my account???!!! Or is this another way eBay has customers make purchases so they can charge their percentage fee of your purchase or sale???!!!
Another incident involved being charged a fee to return an item to a seller. Because the seller clicked a certain box (because there was such a limited selection of choices to choose from), eBay viewed my return of a purchased item, as a sale and charged me a sellers fee. They refuse to refund the fee they charged me when they can see in the system the exchanges between the seller and myself.
What I have found is the eBay system has ALOT of glitches, AND MOST OF THEM INVOLVE EBAY EARNING BUYER/SELLER FEES. Thank about that!!!!!

This fee for returning an item with limited availability sounds like something that was implemented to cut down on an activity that was being abused. Unfortunately, Ebay is incredibly popular, and people with bad intentions ruin it for the honest people like you and me, because we get caught in the crossfire of policies such as this.
