Vitacost - Poor Service Don't Bother

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Declining Service
1 Yr ago 1st order arrived in poorly packed and damaged box.
6mos ago 2nd order arrived 2weeks after the latest date that had been promised. No refund, no attempt to "make things right".
6hrs ago 3rd order was billed for amount greater than the purchases (in favor of vitacost). After being hung up on after on hold for 20min, then was told no way to cancel order, even though it hadn't yet shipped.
I've thought as myself as fairly forgiving, but I think I've finally had enough of Vitacost.
I recommend you pay a little extra and go somewhere else, unless you have hours to waste calling and re-calling still without any resolution...
