FLORIDA -- As a honest consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.

Iwent to this company hoping to get my credit payed off in three years i payed them $293.00
just for the start up fee. Isigned up on 8/23/01 by november i had to sit down with all the credit companys and pay them over$700.00 just to get my credit back to the way it was before i got on this program.i guess i dont understand how they can say that they are going to help you if all they did was get me in the hole.not only that but they are now on my credit report that dose not look good. Ihave already tryed to call and speak to a manager but they just say that they are not in and will have somebody call me back but nobody ever dose.

As a resolution, I would like the following:

Iwould like this company atleast give me back the set up fee they had me pay for a service that i never recieved.i also believe that they should have to pay for the late fees that they got on my credit cards.Iwould also like them to get off of my credit report.
