Burger King - POOR SERVICE/CASHIER NOT HELPFUL

Bacon Gouda Biscuit Meal - Complaint

LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA -- I stopped in at Burger King on Prien Lake this am and ordered the new Bacon Gouda biscuit meal with a milk. As I got back on the road I noticed I had a mufffin instead of the biscuit gouda sandwich, so I turned around and got back in line. I then noticed no tator tots with my meal. So I also told her about the tots. She said to me, you ordered the sandwich with a milk. I then asked how much more to complete the meal. She said about $1.00 Dollar more. I then said never mind.

When I got home I called another Burger King and was told I was misinformed. Actually would been a penny or two less for her to give me my tots. The person taking the order did not repeat it to me or confirm if this was the meal or not. Poor service/ cashier not helpful. When I called to explain to the manager what happened she said do you want to come get your tots????? After working all night and in bed already I think not.

She could have offered a rain check or a free breakfast on them for their mistakes. Will not return to this Burger King. Feel someone should really check this place out as i've seen other bad reviews. As a matter of fact the car in front had to get down to get her order straight. Down right disappointed.
