KFC - Bad food and service

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA -- We got the day special and the biscuits were harder than a rock. I ordered the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes and corn we got 4 little pieces of chicken, they over charged us for our food and the quality of food has gone down. I will never eat at another KFC.

You can tell kfc about the problem they have at this franchise location at: http://www.kfc.com/about/contact.asp
On the other hand, Arlington has a bunch of different fast food chicken places, both franchised and Mom & Pop operations, so going to a new one is probably easier and you may find one or two that become favourites!
