New Roof With a Life Time Warrentry - Complaint

GEORGIA -- The rook around my chimney is leaking buckets of rain water. The roof was put on 2011'. This is not the first complaint, we had leaks in the roof so bad had to fix the ceiling inside the first time. Now it is leaking bad around the chimney.

Let us know what happens when you ask for warranty repair. Sounds like a poor installation, but it is impossible to know without more details or a picture.

I have had my roof replaced in 2011 too. I have just noticed 2 large leaks in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The contractor used by Sears was extremely superficial and unreliable - hope they do not send the same to fix the mess. I wish I kept my old 13 old roof that has never leaked- prevention does not always work to your benefit!
