Sears - Misleading info. given on a scheduled service appointment early this year by the scheduler
washer - Complaint
Review by cherianderson on 2013-03-01
I am on hold now for 22 minutes with the service wait to speak with a supervisor when I told a lady that I had a service contract on my Sears appliances and she told me that I didn't and I told her that the gentleman that had sold it to me on 1/31/13 told me that it covered all of my appliances since I had a clothes dryer that squeaked once in awhile and I had ask if they could look at both and he told me that they could. When the service tech. came he told me that wasn't true and unfortunately he couldn't repair washer. I was she didn't care what he said the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I feel that I should at least had the opportunity to speak with someone in a supervisors position. I at this present moment have been on hold for 32 minutes and I am going hang up since I believe that what your service person is leaving me on hold so I won't stay on the line and they won't have to deal with a problem. As a life long customer of Sears Kenmore appliances I am very disappointed with this service and situation. I hope someone will reply to this email.
It has been 36 minutes now.
