DALLAS, TEXAS -- I have had a nightmare of a time with dealing with Staples staff, Extended warranty companies and HP.
I called The Office of the President of Staples, and spoke with CHRISTOPHER FERNANDES. What a pleasure he was. So helpful and resolved my problem in 10 minutes. I wish there were more people like Christopher Fernandes. He has restored my faith in Staples. Well done.
