Tivo Is Full of **It
Tivo Premiere - Complaint

FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- I have bought 2 TiVo's. In 2005 I bought my first Tivo and I loved it for 3 short years until it just quit one day. They replaced it... with a box that never worked. In 2010 I had a relapse and bought the TiVo premiere which quit in three years. I called customer service and they wanted $50 for a replacement plus $100 to transfer my lifetime subscription.
On their website there is not a mention of ever having problems like this. Their forum only praise. Tivo should send the boxes out with a blinders because once you're in their website and have a working DVR all is great until it crashed within 3 years.
