Sprint - Dispicable Customer Service
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I recently was unable to resolve an issue with Sprint after being told they would take care of it only to get told later that was not the case. I asked them to play back the footage of an earlier phone conversation which they would not do. I got passed from one person to another with no resolution. I was told to email Dan@Sprint.com and have done so twice. I got an auto generated email saying someone would contact me but am still waiting. Be warned...........if you have an issue you will not get it resolved. The customer service reps have no authority to make a decision. may as well have an automated message saying "we cannot help you with any request".
