Car Insurance Claim - Complaint

ORANGE, CALIFORNIA -- Was rear ended by a person who holds 21st Century or Farmers insurance. I was lied to by their adjuster about numerous things when I had already talked to the person who hit me, he had already gotten his car damage appraised. I still have not even been told my claim is started.

contact your insurance agent, and ask them to intervene. sounds like they are giving you the run-a-round.
