KFC - Rude Service at the Drive Through

VALDOSTA, GEORGIA -- We were in the drive thru line on 3/6/13 at 8:25 pm at the store on 3026 N. Ashley St. Valdosta, GA., store # E810003. Our ticket number was #2182. There was one car ahead of us in the line. When we pulled up to the speaker to place our order, we just sat there a minute or so - with no one having acknowledged our presence - until we finally said "hello, is anybody there?". At which point the young lady said "I am busy right now", in a very rude manner and tone of voice. So we waited until she said "okay, go ahead". We would have turned around and left at that point if we could have if there wasn't a car in front of us already. But we placed our order and then proceeded to the drive thru window. When we got to the window, the young lady again did not acknowledge our presence, and did not even come to the window to explain what was going on. We waited at least ten minutes for our order to be completed, at which point she just handed us our food and said "here you go". We were shocked and very disappointed, and decided that we would never visit that store again since this was very rude and unprofessional behavior. That young lady obviously does not appreciate her job there, nor does she seem to have any customer service skills at all. She should have told us from the time we pulled up that she would be a minute if she was busy, and apologize for the inconvenience. And once we were waiting at the window, she should have at least explained what was going on with our order, and told us she was sorry it was taking so long. This was the worst experience we have had at any fast food drive thru, and the last time we will go to this KFC!
