ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA -- Computer purchased Jan 2013 and had problems with USB ports not working. A call to Toshiba got no help. Took computer into Staples and Armin Gray the manager and John French the technician took care of me and I left with my computer working properly. Such wonderful and courteous service. Just returned and I am so happy.
