Burger King - Surley Manager

EAST RIDGE, TENNESSEE -- I visited the drive thru of Burger King today on Ringgold Rd. and requested to add to my order when I got to the window, since there is no other place to speak to a person to make changes. The cashier, Tonja, called for the manager, Sonya (I think that was her name, a very attractive young woman). She looked at me, snarled her lip, rolled her eyes, and said "are you serious". I don't know what type of behavior BK allows out of their managers, but if I treated people that way in my job, I would be corrected as soon as the supervisor found out. BK may never get this complaint, I don't know where to take it, but I think I will keep looking. We all have bad days, but when it comes to people who are paying for our services, there should be a little more consideration given. How many American are out of work?

BK still in business? Every time I drive by the parking lot is deserted.
