On May 1st I walked into a Baskin Robins after a hard day of working. It was pretty hot outside and I thought I should cool off with a chocolate shake. I went into a Dunkin Donuts in Gaithersburg, Maryland on Darnstown Road. I orderd a chocolate shake, and they gave me chocolate chip shake. When I complained she said You orderd a chocolate chip.

There is a BIG diffence in pronunciation. in "Chocolate Chip" and a "Chocolate Shake" Since they did not know how to speak english. They assumed that I wanted something else WITHOUT consulting me. When I complained not only did they not change it for me. They stole my money also. When I got home I quickly called to talk to their manger. After I asked the name of the maneger, she said tomarrow morning. Then she hung up on me. This is NOT the first time this has happend to me and I suggest No one visit this location. VERY RUDE AND I AM VERY UPSET. If they want to hier cashiers, I hope they better train them, then put them behind the counter.
