Whirlpool has the worst
customer service of any organization I have ever dealt with. I have had both
Whirlpool and
Kitchenaid products for years and had great success but this time I actually had to deal with customer service in Benton Harbor and have been totally frustrated. I actually wrote the Chairman of the Board twice and after weeks and weeks, have no resolution only my money returned. I now have a
dishwasher that is basically not fixable and nothing being done about it.
I finally wrote the Better Business Bureau, so we will see if they finally have a solution to my problem.
