Nordstrom Compliment - Nordstrom- Excellent Return/Exchange Policy - Store In General
Store In General - Compliment
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- Nordstrom is the best store to shop in because they have the best return policy :) Once I bought an expensive pair of purple classic ugg short boots and like within a month there was a gaping hole in the back. I had lost the receipt, I went back, and they gave me a new pair; they completely understood because uggs are expensive. Nordstrom is very fair; most of the time you need a receipt but even if you have worn something and then become unsatisfied with it they will let you return or exchange it. Nordstrom is very reliable :)

Nordstroms has always been that way. I remember when I was a kid (about 20 years ago) watching a kid come into a Store in Seattle, take off an obviously (somewhat) worn pair of shoes (right off his feet!), tell the salesman they didn't fit, and they exchanged them.
