customer service has been my life for the past 10 years. I have had nothing but unsatisfactory experiences everytime I go to any
Wendy's in Utah. I vow to never go there again. Some examples: Why do I have to ask for packets of ketchup EVERY I order fries in the drivethru? Every competitor gives at least a couple packets in your bag when you order fries.
And, the moment you pull up to the speaker box they demand, "CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER?" I appreciate competitors approaches (Like Carl's Jr.: "Thank you for choosing Carl's Jr. How are you today?"
Companies like Wendy's do not value you or your business well enough to fight to keep your loyalty. They do not deserve your business. Give to competitors who appreciate you.
