I orginally ordered from Heart Guardian on line. When I first ordered, I entered my info and the site suddenly ended. I really had no idea until the first package arrived that the order went through. Once I received the package, with only an invoice inside, I decided to go ahead and try the product.

Several weeks later another charge and then another package arrived. Then this occurred again. With the arrivial of the third package, I called the company and canceled the orders. I was told to simply send the package back, unopened, and the charge would be credited. One week later I called the company and spoke with, first a "consumer rep" then transferred to another person, as I realized my account had not been credited. It was at this time that I was told I could only receive a "store credit". I said this was unacceptable as I had no further interest in the product, as I saw the product had not responded as was advertised. The woman I spoke to stated that all the infomation regarding the return policy was on an email I was supposed to have received, but never did. She blamed this on me for not having given proper infomation to them. Now they have both the product I returned and the money they deducted from my account, as they will not credit me as they had stated. This woman was abrupt and then simply said "have a nice day" and hung up the phone. These people do not want to give service, they simply want to underhandedly get your money! Stay away from this company!!!

What is it that this product is suppose to do?

I found one web site that sells the product. Supposedly it reduces cholesterol. Why didn't you ask them to send the return policy email again?
