Ameritech Complaint - Poor service and no follow up contact.

ST.CLAIR SHORES, MICHIGAN -- I have used Ameritech as my internet provider for approx. three years. Until the time it was announced that SBC was taking over Ameritech I was satisfied with my service. During the later part of the summer I started to experience disconnects while on the internet. This started to occur quite often. It has caused me to reconnect not to mention the lost time due to loss of information. Last week I called the phone number listed on my monthly phone bill. Although my contact with those people was not unplesant nothing was resolved. I was directed to Prodigy. They sent me back to Ameritech. After some more wasted time I asked to speak to a supervisor. It was stated that she was busy and could not take my call. I asked to have her return my call. As of today no call. I emailed your web site for the name of the head of Customer Service and the President of Ameritech. After three days I sent another email for the same information. Their response 'We will respond as soon as possible.' One would think that the information requested would be at hand and could (should) be sent as requested.
Not only do I use Ameritech for phone,internet service,I also had Americast. Now as you know it is WOW. I feel very used by your company. I paid my bills on time and to be treated in this manner is upsetting.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
