My family and I went to your Wichita Falls, TX restaraunt on Friday Feb 24th. First, The store was excessively dirty. Secondly, counter personnel were unfriendly and acted as if we were putting them out. Also, the workers seemed to be having some type of problems with one another. We heard arguing and foul language for most of our visit. The wait has about 30 minutes for our food. Although the long wait, the food was good.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Fix the problems.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
