Call to let them know i had got some bad chicken. The maneger was rude. He told me i have served 300 people today and your family was the only ones to complain. Then he hung the phone up on me.

DCT, Church's can be a bad eating experience espcially if the chicken has been sitting for a while. Try Popeye's.

You may be the only one to complain, but you in a way do have a right to. If the chicken was bad because it was not cooked to standards than yes I can see why you are complaining, however if you are complaining because you out of 300 people just did not like the taste well than, obviously it's only you that had the problem, and if that is the problem you should have made the title. "Bad chicken, bad management, and bad customer." Another thing that could have happened is you left it out too long and it got bad. Did you eat it right away or did you leave it on the counter and eat it days later.
