She offered to correct it and you decided to keep the order as it was given to you...in the end, you left with what you wanted, otherwise you would have had it corrected. There's no complaint here.
I gotta agree with Ned here.
Of course you do!...LOL...so, what this "compliant" is saying, is..."They made a mistake with my order and I REFUSED to allow them to fix it when they offered"...a true classic!
Yeah ok "ned". Are we suppose to boycott all McDonald's or just guess which one in IN. makes the bad wraps? The girl probably should have had some prep instructions first. We have a guy here that swears this is an important step when patronizing, what very well could be, this same location. I hear he's very "helpful" if you email him. A`wrap can go just as postal as a fish sammie. Next thing you know it's BING, time for a knicker change out.
My advice to you, Ned, is to stay at home and eat because you'll be sorely disappointed with restaurants all over the world if you get this upset about such a minor thing. I have never been to fast food restaurants that got my order right 100% of the time.
Did this happen on Groundhog's Day, Ned? Did Bill Murray snub you, also?
"They make mistakes" I do too and guess what Ned, so do you. I can't believe yot took the time to come on her a complain about such a trivial thing.
A snack wrap is $1.29. How did you not notice you paid for a whole meal?
I agree with basher. This is not a complaint. They offered to correct the mistake, and you chose not to accept the offer. I really want to know where you work, becuase you are perfect.
Oh grow up everyone makes mistakes, if you are going to get that uptight just because of a mistake and ban Mcdonalds as a restaurant just because of that than they don't need your sorry little self as a customer. Hopefully one day when you make a mistake at your job(a minor one which you offer to correct) your boss gets on your back and writes you up. Then you will learn it is not a big deal.

debtorbasher - I think that the OP was hoping for the meal for the price of the single snack wrap because of the mistake. Or perhaps she "forgot" that she ordered a meal and was hoping to pay only for the wrap. A lot of people do this, they order something that costs more, than they "forget" that they ordered that item and claim that they ordered something cheaper hoping to get it for the cheaper price. Someone did this at Burger King last month and when I said that they were wrong they gave me a dirty look.
rnick821 - Bill Murray is a good actor. He is in one of my favourite movies. Can you guess which one, Hint my username is a big clue.
Ummm. Caddyshack? Is that right Ghost?
I don't think this is very good.
What is a snack wrap?
A snackwrap is a soft taco filled with chicken, peppers, cheese and onions. It comes with hot sauce or mild sauce an is on Mcdonalds healthy choice menu.
You are right shawnp how did you guess.
Are you kiding me a snack wrap is like 1.30. When you pulled your money out didn't you realize that over 4.00 that something was not right. It only takes 2 seconds for them to change the order. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to realize that your paying too much for something. Go cry somewhere else.
smilzyo - The OP probably did order the whole meal, than claimed she only bought the snack hoping to get the whole meal for only $1. People do that all the time.
